Client Content: You retain ownership of all data, text, and images you provide to us for use on your website.
Agency Materials: BrandBeads retains ownership of its proprietary tools, code libraries, and SEO methodologies used to deliver the services.
Payment terms for our services are governed by the specific service agreement signed by the client. Unless otherwise stated, all SEO and ongoing marketing services operate on a month-to-month basis and require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
While we employ industry best practices to improve your search engine rankings, BrandBeads does not guarantee specific rankings on Google, Bing, or other search engines. Search algorithms change frequently, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrandBeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of The State of Georgia. BrandBeads and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
